We have just completed a project that added an In-Law apartment to an existing home in Waterford. CT – this project was a complete success done ahead of schedule and on budget! There are many reason for our success but it begins with Jeff Reagan setting a very high standard for his organization. His expertise, honesty, fairness and service ethic permeates his entire organization. The Reagan Organization is extremely responsive – if I had a question it was addressed in real time. I never had to wait and wonder which made for a very relaxed project. Girard, our Project Manager, was on site daily setting expectations and keeping us abreast of what we should expect to happen and when. He also provided expert opinion and advice as issues came up. One of the things that I believe makes Reagan Construction so effective is that many of the craft people involved work directly for Reagan – they are not sub-contractors. It was obvious to me that they all carry the same sense of responsibility for project success as does Jeff and Girard.
In addition to Reagan Construction there were others who contributed greatly to our project:
First among these is Lisa Kobar, our Designer. Lisa, who owns Cornerstone Designs, LLC was a pleasure to work with. Her experience, insight and patience was critical to the success of our project. Design specifications were accepted by the Town Building Department without comment leading to a timely Building Permit being issued.
Another key to project success was Hayes Services, LLC which was responsible for all site work. Our site presented a significant challenge, but Don, our Hayes Equipment Operator, in addition to being one of the nicest guys you will ever meet, exceeded all expectations!

We purchased a vintage (circa 1906) beach house in The Point area of New London that required a challenging total renovation, remodeling and upgrade, from flooring to plumbing to new kitchen appliances and bathrooms. Jeff and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with, very professional, and, more importantly for us, very pro-active throughout the project, recommending various modifications and providing excellent advice and ideas that resulted in a really wonderful outcome (Jeff re-designed the Master Bath layout in a way we would never have considered – his new design really made a tremendous improvement to Master Bedroom/Bath).
We were very pleased with the quality of the craftsmanship, from woodworking to bathroom tiles. The follow-up touches were also very welcomed and appreciated. Overall, we would certainly recommend Jeff and his team for any home project.

Jeff Reagan and his team were skilled, hardworking, responsive, and a pleasure to have around
the property. They added a private master bathroom, and rebuilt an expanded gorgeous covered porch onto our circa 1745 home. The workmanship of the team & subcontractors was of the highest quality!
They also did some beautiful work in our Den & Dining Room, removing a wall and creating one large “Great Room”, bringing it back to how it might have looked in the 1700s.
Although supply chain issues slowed down delivery of a few items, Jeff’s crew was right on top of the work once the items arrived!
We highly recommend Reagan Construction Group.

My wife and I wanted to renovate/remodel our kitchen, dining room, and upstairs bathrooms, which were all original (50 years old). We solicited three bids. Reagan Construction Group – by a long shot – provided the most value for money. Jeff and his team met with us several times, listened to what we wanted to do, and helped us get to exactly where we wanted to be. The renovations took about 2.5 months, all work was done on time and on budget. And the craftsmanship is superb! We will be hiring Reagan Construction Group for all of our renovation projects.
